Cross Country Blog Post

On Friday, Paihia School went to cross country.  We all went up in our ages and until I was up.
We were just up waiting till it was our turn to go and then we were up! We had to wait till the 8 year old girls have finished running.  We started running around the course. I went over the fence and ran up to Shirley but it was all gooey and muddy and then ran to the other teachers.

After that, I went over the fence again and ran up to the finish line and next I  made it! I was huffing and puffing from all that running. That was hard work.

4 Shots Blog Post.

In Te Maunga we have been learning for our movie night. Mihipeka and I did a movie about a tiger. I was acting as the tiger and she was the human. Every she says stops or I do, we paused the Ipad and we had to stand still before they say go. Then we put in the right music in our movie and we have to put it in the right order. We used a (medium shot) and then we used a (Worm eye view.) And next part was the (Extreme close up )and the other one was the (close up)

ClassCraft Blog Post.

Classcraft

In Te Maunga we have been  playing a game called classcraft. We are playing this game because we are learning about collaboration and relationships. It is a game where you have to work together as a team and if you do something good you get XP experience points,  for example if you do something silly you will lose HP health points. When  you don’t do the right thing like social talking your team can help you if you lost points if they a heeler they can fix you if they a warrior that can take some damage it is really cool because you have to work together because if you don’t and someone falls you lose points to I think I do well because I am helping my team but I could do better by working on my basic facts better.

Limericks with whaea Shirley.

 Limericks with Shirley.                                                                                                               Yesterday with Shirley, we were learning about poems and limericks.  Shirley gave us 2 examples of her very own and we made up our own ones. We have to put 5 lines for the poems and we each read our poems to each other.  
   Liam wrote about Captain Underpants. Shirley wroten Clarence The Tape troll.  

I did well when we wrote the limericks because we could learn about poems.

Description: In Te Maunga We have been learning about our learning goals. We had to make a sheet of paper to check details that had all of our goals on it. Each time we achieve a goal we have to get a sticky paper off from whaea becks. Then we have to get points on classcraft. Then we had to use some tape to go with the sticky paper. But I don’t want to have some social talk with Kingston, Jack And Jamie. I put 4 goals on my paper up on the wall. I check all of my goal and I check my goal properly at the same time.

Orgami Flowers.

With whea shirley, we have make some orgami flowers for wheae becks blatest birthday.
Today, we have teach Bella and Tia how to make the flowers in our school journals.

We make double flowers with blue and orange strip paper.

We stuck it on a big paper and glued them on.

And in the middle, Shirley wrote Happy Belated Birthday Whaea Becks!

Frogs Blog Post.

With whea shirley, we learned about frogs  in the school jounral and awenser some questions to it.

in new zealand we have, a hamilton frog, the hotchstetter frog, and the archey's frog and the maud frog.

The frogs hatch out of there eggs like a frog with a tail, not like a tadepole! 

After we learned about the frogs, we made some frogs with a blank paper and measured it 4 centre meters and after we made the frog, we coloured in and named it.
I made my frog to be named zommer because it can go really fast and makes it really zoomer fast.

We had a frog competition, we wanted to see which frog would win to the finish line, Franky's frog Hoppy, won the race and the rest of us lost and we cheered for hoppy then we had another frog race 
in the classroom and we saw which frog won. zoomer won the frog race.

Te reo maori will helped my thing that are being a good effort that my te reo maori but when we had our te reo maori done and we shared it at assembly to show the whole school!!!

My Learning.

When i was  was playing his video games at home, my mum brought a box and I thought that it was a present for christmas, when I opened the box there was a puppy in the box and when i looked at it’s front leg it had been missing so I threw the puppy away and never wanted to play it, and I just carried on with my game but it still wouldn’t listen to me and keep looking at me proudly when i’m looking at him angrily.But in that situation, he wanted a tummy rub on his tummy but he I told him that he could do it himself. And when I looked at him when he played with his ball, he started barking at me and I stilled ignored him and he kept on barking and I realised that we could play outside instead that we are playing i side. And yelled to mum really loud that they were just playing outside. I never notice that he had a missing leg like mine!



This is one of my things that iv'e did of my story of the movie that we watch was the present.

Our country was about samoan when I was together in my old group, then we switch and Me, jack, and jamie came together and we did our celebration of toilets day where it is in denmark.

I think we should have chromebooks at school because we can write some blog post on here.

Chromebooks are good to play with and only things to do work on like toku ako and our
hand in sheet.

our chromebooks are all around our school, like year 4's have there school chromebooks
and the year 5, 6, 7, and 8 take there chromebooks home to use at home and help them
to keep on track.

but our chromebooks, is our thing to play on with and using them in our time and with our own thing
and with our chromebook to play with but that's why we should allow chromebooks at school.

Throughtout our school our school is a tidy place where there is playgrounds that we can play on classes that we are in and the bike track and the corner of dreams is avalible in our school.

Respahing the world.

Snip..Snip…Snip…The scissors began to tear the countryside apart. Towns, fields, rivers and oceans. Forests, valleys, mountains and lakes. The world began to unravel piece by piece, strand by strand.

Triathlon.

Last Friday, we had our own school triathlon and we were doing the: Swimming, Biking, and Running.
But until soon, My class walked to the beach and we swimming from the biggest to the smallest.
And the year 5's Ran back to school Mrs. Lindsay stopped me and told to cross the road.
Then Ronnie stopped from cars coming out the Pathway, she told me to keep it up and then
All the other student's Parents told me to go ride the bikes. Then When I got on the courts, Alisha
Put me on Bike Number 7. Then My Teacher asked me to go around the field and Shirley cheered on for me and then Room 3's Teacher, told me to go down and see the Teacher in Room 4 and she gave me  a chocolate bar and the triathlon was over and done.

Kingston is a jet plane that flies througt the sky.
Kingston is a sky tower that brightens the night.
Kingston is a big boss that bosses people to work.
Kingston is a cheese burger that is big and juicy.
Kingston is a transformer t-shirt that named bumble- bee.

 This is a me poem. a me poem is what you know and it means it's all about you.

But if you write what you like to do, you have to make the right choices with your poem.
But don't even write baby words in your words, you have to put some good words into your poem.
But your should put things what you do and just put it into a good learning- ship. and even remember, Putting your poem right, you can make your poem wonderfully.
